Qualifications

• Experience in 3D animated projects, focusing on conceptual artwork.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating story-driven character, environment, and lighting design work.
• In-depth knowledge of form, composition, color theory, light, and perspective.
• Ability to effectively use research and references in concept development.
• Strong collaborative skills.
• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork.
• Passion for animation and games.

Responsibilities

• Creating concept art for characters, environments, props, and lighting keys.
• Developing mood boards, key art, and visual explorations to define style and tone.
• Conducting visual research and gathering references to support idea generation.
• Contributing to the development of the visual style and overall look of projects.
• Collaborating with the studio leaders and team members to find creative solutions for production challenges.
• Iterating effectively based on feedback to deliver feature-quality concepts.
• Supporting the Story Team with ideation and visual development.
