Job summary

Malmesbury Park Primary Academy in Bournemouth is seeking an exceptional Headteacher to lead one of the largest primary schools in Reach South Academy Trust. This permanent, full-time post offers a leadership scale of L21–L27 with a salary range of £84,699–£98,106 and a 1.0 FTE schedule.

The successful candidate will drive strategic leadership, nurture an inclusive culture, and work with Trust colleagues to secure excellent outcomes for all pupils and communities.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within primary education.
• Ability to lead a large primary academy and secure sustained school improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership that secures the very best outcomes for all pupils.
• Build on the school's inclusive culture and strong relationships with families.
• Lead and develop a talented and committed staff team.
• Ensure high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum provision across the school.
• Champion inclusion, safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with Trust leaders and colleagues across Reach South to drive continual improvement.
