Job summary

The Thomas Coram Centre is seeking a Headteacher to provide strategic and operational leadership, building on strengths while shaping a compelling vision for the future. You will lead high-quality teaching, care and family support, strengthening partnerships with families, health professionals and the local community.

You will champion safeguarding, equality and excellent outcomes for all children, inspiring and developing a committed staff team through periods of change.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of senior leadership in Early Years/Primary education.
• Experience leading organisational change and creating financial sustainability with empathy and integrity.
• Deep understanding of child development, inclusive practice and high-quality early years education.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and develop a talented staff team.
• Experience building partnerships with families, health professionals and community organisations.
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality and high standards of teaching and learning.
