• Strategic school improvement through collaborative leadership and strong communication.
• Develop and nurture talent across the schools and build capacity.
• Ensure transparent strategic financial planning and effective resource use.
• Work with Executive Team and Trust Board to grow and be recognized as a Trust of choice.
