Are you passionate about working with Adults and want to use your core skills as a Vision Rehabilitation Specialist? We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated Vision Rehabilitation Specialist to undertake strength-based assessment and to provide expertise to residents of Cornwall, Occupational Therapy assistance and other social care professionals.

As part of your role you'll focus on preventing, reducing and delaying the need for care and support; providing advice, information, rehabilitation, equipment and adaptation to promote wellbeing and independence. Your key role will be to ensure that residents, families and communities have the right support in place at the right time.
