Qualifications

  • Proven success in SaaS sales and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of HGV/PSV compliance, drivers’ hours rules, and tachograph regulations.
  • Experience in consultative selling, pipeline management, and hitting ambitious targets.
  • Natural leader with exceptional relationship-building skills and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to present confidently to audiences up to Board level.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Vision pipeline and manage robust opportunities.
  • Drive growth through cross-selling with existing clients.
  • Provide specialist support across all business units.
  • Achieve annual Vision contract revenue goals.
  • Gather customer feedback for successful conversions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to clients.
  • Ensure every deal benefits both customer and company.
  • Act as ambassador at trade shows and industry events.
  • Offer input for product development and tender submissions.
  • Analyze competitor strengths and weaknesses.
