Job summary

Conduct is seeking an exceptional ABAP engineer to build the AI layer for operating the world's most complex ERP setups in London. You’ll go beyond ABAP, developing software across the stack, designing AI harnesses and agents, and influencing product direction with customers.

You’ll have 5+ years of ABAP and SAP development, deep knowledge of data models, BAPIs, IDocs and function modules, plus a pragmatic, production-grade engineering mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ABAP and SAP development experience, including technical consultant or architect roles.
• Deep understanding of SAP system structures: data models, BAPIs, IDocs, function modules, and enhancement frameworks.
• Willingness to work beyond ABAP, including AI agents, backend/frontend, and infra.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-enabled ABAP solutions for complex ERP setups.
• Collaborate with customers to shape product direction and requirements.
