Commissions as a New Agent: This position is commission-only. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family protected. The expectation is that a full-time agent will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we offer a selection of premium financial products to help people save for retirement or protect retirement accounts (e.g., 401k and IRA) from losing money in the stock market. We provide extensive training on how these products work and how to sell them. In addition to uncapped commissions, we have a competitive bonus structure and incentive trips for agents/managers based on individual and team results.
