Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years brokerage, investments or financial services experience.
• Series 7 license and Series 63/65 or 66 licenses, Life and Health Insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients to conduct investment reviews and deepen relationships.
• Deliver investment guidance aligned with goals, risk tolerance and regulations.
• Own client relationships within the Guidance Center model with clear service expectations.
• Meet sales and growth goals and participate in incentive programs.
• Collaborate with partners to support cross-sell opportunities.
