Role Description

We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who thrives on organisation, systems, and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in helping us manage our backend operations from CRM workflows and client communications to content scheduling and AI automations.

If you’re highly organised, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple tools and moving parts in a creative business, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage workflows in HubSpot (pipelines, deals, and automations)
• Keep CRM and MailerLite data clean, organised, and synced
• Maintain Notion dashboards for project tracking, SOPs, and client records
• Manage the calendar and inbox. Schedule calls, shoots, and follow-ups
• Schedule social posts, newsletters, and email campaigns
• Work with AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier) to streamline tasks
• Create better internal processes and keep projects moving smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience using HubSpot, MailerLite, and Notion
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Organised, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented
• Confident working with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced creative environment
• Bonus: Experience with video agencies, marketing studios, or creative teams
