As an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner within our PhysioLine team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the right musculoskeletal care at the right time. Using your advanced clinical expertise, you'll provide telephone and video-based assessments, deliver diagnoses, and guide customers through the most appropriate clinical pathway from their very first interaction. Working with Bupa Insurance members and corporate customers, you'll combine exceptional clinical skills with a customer-focused approach, helping individuals manage musculoskeletal conditions while ensuring high-quality outcomes and a seamless customer experience.
