GBR Recruitment Ltd are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Wrapper to work for our client who is a specialist high-end vinyl vehicle wrapping & vehicle graphics company based in Northamptonshire. This well established & highly progressive company, pride themselves in producing high end wrapped vehicle finishes for commercial businesses (vans, cars, pick ups, HGV's etc.), professional motor-sport (inc. Formula 1, Formula E & more) & other customers, producing both bespoke vinyl wraps & wraps for fleets of vehicles (multiple vehicles for the same company / brand). From their modern facility, in the heart of Northamptonshire they deliver the whole vehicle wrapping solution from start to finish, including design, manufacture & the installation of high end graphics for race cars, show cars, transporters, garages, hospitality units and commercial vehicle fleets. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Wrapper to work on high end projects across both the UK & the World attending F1 race events & Formula-E race events , allowing you to carry out the job you love plus travel the Globe whilst doing it, attending prestigious events. This key role will be working in a fast-paced environment where precision, speed & high end quality are a must, ensuring that every single project (big or small) is delivered to the highest standard possible, against demanding client deadlines. You will really get to test your vehicle wrapping skills & to work in an exciting varied role too, where one week you could be wrapping a Formula 1 racing car, the next week installing workshop branding abroad or applying graphics to a large multiple vehicle commercial fleet (their whole vehicle liveries) . You will be highly confident in your professional vehicle wrapping skills with the ability to work both independently & as part of a professional team, displaying the skill, the right positive upbeat & highly driven attitude as well as having the eye for detail needed.

Duties

• Installing both full & partial vehicle wraps to an extremely high standard.
• Carefully apply all printed graphics, decals & specialist films to race cars, road cars, commercial vehicles & other assets.
• Install graphics to workshops, garages, HGV's, hospitality structures & also event branding.
• Professionally prepare vehicles & surfaces correctly before application.
• Remove existing graphics Use cast films, laminates & other specialist materials / applications.
• Quality control, Identify potential installation issues early on during the wrapping process & resolve them fully.
• Focused on quality, quality & quality.
• PDI - Inspect finished work to ensure accuracy, alignment & durability.
• Working in the workshop as well as working on customers sites.
• Travelling across the UK & overseas to complete required works.

Attributes

• Strong professional vehicle wrapping experience, working on graphics for various types of vehicles & buildings.
• Able to successfully wrap complex panels such as bumpers, mirrors, spoilers & recessed areas.
• Used to working with & knowledgeable of cast wrapping films (3M, Avery Dennison, Arlon or similar films) Professional surface preparation, application & finishing experience.
• Full UK driving license.
• Happy to travel across the UK & overseas (all expenses paid).
• Valid passport.
