Job summary

Got The T-Shirt in Manchester, ENG, is seeking a talented Videographer & Photographer for a full-time on-site role with regular travel between venues. You will shoot and edit content across hospitality brands, delivering social-first videos and photography that capture energy and atmosphere.

Bring a strong portfolio, 2–3 years’ experience, and excellent editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut). Expect collaboration with marketing and venues, and opportunities to grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• At least 2 to 3 years’ professional videography and photography experience.
• A genuinely strong portfolio across both video and photography.
• Experience creating short-form, social-first content.
• A great eye for composition, light, movement and storytelling.
• Confidence filming in busy, unpredictable environments.

Responsibilities

• Shooting high-quality video and photography across multiple hospitality venues.
• Creating social-first content for Instagram Reels, Stories and other platforms.
• Capturing food, drinks, people, entertainment and the atmosphere of the venues.
• Editing short-form video with pace, music and storytelling.
• Creating photography for social, CRM, websites, PR and campaigns.
• Planning shoots around launches, collaborations and key trading moments.
• Working closely with marketing and venue teams to find stories worth capturing.
• Building and maintaining a strong library of video and photography.
• Taking campaign ideas and translating them into great visual content.
