JD Group in Manchester is seeking a talented Videographer to join the size? Creative and brand team.

You will shoot, edit and produce culture-led video content that brings our brand, products, campaigns and community to life across social, digital and wider marketing channels. You'll work closely with Creative, Social, Marketing and Brand teams, taking ideas from concept through to delivery, and delivering content that is distinctive, relevant and true to the size?

Qualifications

  • Proven video production experience within an agency, studio or in-house environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating filming, editing and storytelling capabilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Good understanding of lighting, camera systems and audio recording.
  • Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video content for multiple channels.
  • Develop creative concepts and video ideas aligned to campaign objectives.
  • Develop creative ideas and visual treatments in collaboration with the wider creative team.
  • Operate professional camera, lighting and audio equipment in both studio and location environments.
  • Manage shoots from pre-production through to final delivery, including planning, equipment and locations.
  • Edit and grade content to a high creative standard, adapting assets for different platforms and formats.
  • Deliver content to required formats and specifications across digital, social and retail channels.
  • Ensure all content meets brand standards and creative guidelines.
  • Collaborate with photographers, stylists, designers, marketers and external partners.
  • Maintain equipment and support studio operational processes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and content formats.
  • Contribute ideas to improve production quality and workflow efficiencies.

Job description

We're looking for a talented and creatively driven Videographer to join the size? Creative and brand team. You'll be responsible for creating high-quality, culture-led video content that brings our brand, products, campaigns and community to life across social, digital and wider marketing channels. Working closely with the Creative, Social, Marketing and Brand teams, you'll take ideas from concept through to delivery - confidently shooting, editing and producing content that feels distinctive, relevant and true to the size? audience. The role requires a creative storyteller with strong technical expertise across camera operation, lighting, audio and post-production, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business.

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Good understanding of lighting, camera systems and audio recording.
  • Understanding of video formats, codecs, aspect ratios and digital delivery
  • requirements.
  • Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for sport, fashion and contemporary culture is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; knowledge of
  • Photoshop/Lightroom is a plus.
  • A strong understanding of social-first content and platform-specific formats.
  • Highly creative, proactive and collaborative, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working at pace across multiple projects and deadlines. A genuine passion for streetwear, fashion, footwear, music, sport and
  • contemporary culture.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a distinctive visual style and varied commercial
  • work.
