Job summary

Microlise is seeking a Video Production Manager to lead the creation of engaging video and photography content across our brand, campaigns and customer storytelling. This hybrid, part-time role (three days per week) includes one in-person day at our Nottingham office and close collaboration with the Go-to-Market team.

You'll plan, produce and edit high-quality visual content for social media, digital campaigns, case studies and events, coordinating freelance videographers and ensuring outputs

Qualifications

• Experience planning and capturing video and photography with professional equipment.
• Proficient in video editing and photography software.
• Experience creating content for social media, websites, and campaigns.
• Experience managing creative projects from concept to delivery.
• Experience coordinating freelance videographers or external support.
• Strong eye for detail and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to translate ideas into content.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and deliver engaging video and photography content for marketing and brand activities.
• Produce short-form video content for social media and digital campaigns.
• Capture and edit high-quality visuals showcasing products, people, and customer stories.
