Job summary

WinWink is seeking a Video and Photo Lead to conceive, shoot and edit engaging content for social platforms, campaigns and prize events. You’ll drive visual storytelling with a strong emphasis on video, supported by photography skills, and collaborate across teams to maintain brand identity.

The role is permanent with hybrid working in Bath (3 days in the office) and compensation between £32,000 and £40,000, plus an annual performance bonus based on results.

Responsibilities

• Concept, shoot and edit video and photo content for social, campaigns and storytelling pieces.
• Create pieces for short and long form content across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Collaborate with Design Lead, Content & Community Lead, Paid Ads Lead and outsource partners.
