Descrição da vaga

Are you a talented videographer who thrives on capturing real human stories? Do you have the creativity, technical expertise, and emotional intelligence to turn meaningful experiences into compelling content?

We're looking for a Videographer / Video Manager to join our well established marketing team, taking ownership of video production from concept through to final delivery. This is a unique opportunity to create impactful content that showcases the life-changing work we do for our clients.

This isn't a role where you'll be filming products in a studio. You'll be meeting clients and families across the UK, listening to their stories, and creating authentic content that genuinely connects with audiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Travel across the UK to film client stories, interviews, events, charity partnerships, and employer brand content.
  • Build rapport with contributors and help them feel comfortable and confident on camera, particularly when discussing sensitive or emotional experiences.
  • Capture cinematic, engaging footage that brings real stories to life.
  • Plan and manage shoots independently, including camera operation, lighting, audio, interview direction, and troubleshooting.
  • Create content for multiple channels, including websites, social media, internal communications, campaigns, and commercial projects.
  • Produce a mix of long-form documentary-style case studies, social media content, event highlights, recruitment videos, and promotional assets.
  • Edit content to a high professional standard, including colour grading, audio enhancement, captioning, music selection, and motion graphics.
  • Work closely with marketing, social media, PR teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners to maximise the impact of every project.
  • Capture additional social-first content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Videographer, Filmmaker, Content Producer, or Video Manager.
  • You will need to own your own professional filming equipment suitable for interviews, events, testimonials, and social content creation.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating documentary-style storytelling and interview-based content.
  • Experience filming real people and emotionally sensitive subjects with empathy and professionalism.
  • Confidence managing productions independently from initial concept through to final delivery.
  • Advanced camera operation, lighting, audio, and cinematography skills.
  • Strong editing experience using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable
  • Experience creating content for professional services, healthcare, charities, or other people-focused organisations.
  • A strong understanding of social media video strategies and platform optimisation.
  • Knowledge of emerging AI-powered video tools and technologies such as Veo, Seedance, OpenArt, and similar creative platforms.
