Job summary

Combe Creative is seeking an ambitious editor with strong motion graphics skills to shape social-first content for sport, lifestyle, automotive and hospitality brands. You will own the edit, push creative ideas, and help content perform across reels and campaigns.

Based in the Cotswolds, this hybrid role requires commuting to Cirencester two days a week. Salary is £29,000 to £32,000 DOE, with a fast-growing team and opportunities to take on increasing responsibility.

Qualifications

• Excellent editing skills for social-first content across platforms.
• Strong motion graphics skills in After Effects and branded transitions.
• Proficiency with Photoshop/Illustrator files and layered assets.
• 2+ years of professional editing experience and a standout portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form content for Reels, TikTok and Shorts across retainer clients.
• Create motion graphics, animated type, titles and branded transitions.
• Build hooks, pacing and sound design to retain viewers.
