Description

We are looking for a passionate Video Editor to join our growing Commercial team here in Silverstone.

We’re redefining how the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team tells its story inside the AMR Technology Campus. As our Video Editor you’ll transform raw footage, photography, archive materials and motion graphics into premium, platform-native content that captivates fans, elevates partner storytelling, and drives new commercial opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape how one of the most iconic brands in motorsport shows up across digital, social and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft tight, emotionally rich narratives from rough assemblies, enhancing each project with polished sound design, transitions, colour, pacing and music.
  • Re-version assets for multiple use cases including trackside displays, AMRTC screens, hospitality environments, showrooms and external events.
  • Build persuasive, data-informed edits for New Business pitches—short-form attention-grabbers, vertical explainers, case studies and meeting-deck videos that clearly articulate partner value propositions.
  • Contribute to daily content planning sessions.
  • Pitch ideas, storyboard concepts and help develop hero/hub/hygiene content that aligns with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Ensure every output meets Aston Martin’s luxury aesthetic and tone.
  • Apply brand guidelines with precision while consistently elevating creative quality.
  • Partner with the Insights team to understand performance and continually optimise creative output.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Expert-level editing capability with advanced Adobe Premiere Pro skills; strong After Effects and Cinema 4D abilities are essential for delivering high-calibre motion graphics.
  • A passion for sport and lifestyle content, bringing a progressive marketing mindset and fresh ideas.
  • A proven track record editing for a sports organisation or premium brand. Portfolio must showcase pitch-focused edits and high-performing social-first content.
  • A natural storyteller who understands audience nuance and the expectations of a modern luxury brand.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to take briefs from leadership through to flawless execution.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced creative environment, with a deep instinct for what a modern, relevant brand should feel like.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply brand guidelines consistently and to a high standard.
  • Strong planning, organisation and time-management skills, able to prioritise effectively and set clear expectations.
