Join a dynamic B2B media and events company as a Video Content Producer.

In this role you will lead the creation and growth of video content across digital platforms—supporting brand growth, audience engagement and commercial opportunities. Working closely with the marketing, editorial and commercial teams, you will plan, film, edit and distribute compelling short- and long-form video assets to support campaigns, events and community growth.

What you’ll do:
  • Plan, film and edit video (short-form and long) for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and websites.
  • Create and manage content calendars and optimise content for engagement and revenue generation.
  • Capture event content (live shows, trade fairs, awards) and support campaign activity with video, graphics and storytelling assets.
  • Track and report video performance (engagement, reach, growth) and optimise content based on insights.
What we’re looking for:
  • 2+ years’ experience producing professional video content for digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or equivalent (CapCut / Canva).
  • Strong understanding of best practice across digital channels and formats (Reels, Shorts, multi-platform).
  • Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
