Job summary

Guardian Jobs is seeking an exceptional Vice Principal – Inclusion & Student Experience for a leading FE institution in Greater Manchester. You will lead ALN, Inclusion, Safeguarding, Attendance, Student Experience, Careers and Enrichment, driving innovation and removing barriers to achievement for every learner and apprentice.

The role requires a strategic, inspirational leader with strong safeguarding expertise and a passion for delivering outstanding outcomes and experiences for students.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a strategic leader in Further Education or similar.
• Strong safeguarding expertise with a track record of improving student outcomes.
• Experience leading Inclusion, ALN, attendance and enrichment initiatives.
• Ability to drive innovation and remove barriers to achievement.
• Experience on a Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Additional Learning Support, Inclusion, Safeguarding, Attendance, Student Experience, Careers and Enrichment.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve learner outcomes.
• Represent the institution at SLT meetings and interviews.
• Ensure compliant safeguarding and student welfare.
