This role is all about vision, drive and collaboration. You'll work closely with our Principal and wider leadership team to embed a culture of continuous improvement. You'll lead on key strategic area; this role will particularly focus on the set up, inclusive delivery and the continuous success of Lift Firth Park's own inclusion centre, ensuring every decision supports excellent outcomes for our students. In addition you will be flexible to support the whole school with excellent leadership. You may take the lead on day‑to‑day operations and step into the Principal's shoes when needed. Lift Firth Park is a vibrant, mixed secondary school for students aged 11‑16. Located in Shiregreen, Sheffield, we serve around 1,200 pupils and reflect a richly diverse community, with more than a third of students speaking English as an additional language. The school is currently undergoing an exciting period of transformational change, and we are already seeing its positive impact‑in the classroom, across the curriculum and throughout our culture.
