You will model outstanding classroom practice, guide colleagues and trainees, and lead collaborative development of teaching in partnership with Academy Senior Leaders. DBS checks apply and safeguarding is a priority.

Salary: £72,032 - £79,460 (L13 - L17)

Trent View College aims to equip young people with essential skills for life, building on and enhancing their College journey. PURPOSE OF THE POST

Now in its fourth year, Trent View College is seeking to appoint a Vice Principal to increase the leadership capacity and support the delivery of the College’s aspirational Academy Development Plan.


The successful candidate will promote and ensure high quality teaching and learning throughout the setting, aligning this with effective and focused staff development.


THE CANDIDATE

  • Are experienced in school leadership and understand the importance of culture and wellbeing within educational settings.

Your role will be to model outstanding practice in the classroom, to support, guide, and develop the practice of colleagues and trainees in partnership with Academy Senior Leaders, to innovate, explore, research, refine and define quality teaching and learning in our Academies. You will be an exemplar of good practice and a leader of joint-practice development.

Visits to Trent View College are strongly encouraged and will take place on:


  • Tuesday 15th September 13:30
  • Friday 18th September at 10:00am.
  • Thursday 24th September at 15:00
