Job description

This role is in the Project Management Office within the Change function in the London TTRO team.

The role offers the opportunity to engage with various groups within the Firm in Operations Finance Risk and IT to ensure delivery of business requirements in line with various TTRO initiatives currently underway covering Regulatory Reporting and control framework agendas.

In addition the candidate will be able to manage defined projects ensuring that project progress and status are communicated regularly and clearly to both stakeholders and senior management and that timely escalation of risks issues and impacts to timelines and delivery is made.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Production and oversight of project documentation at all stages of the project lifecycle - planning tracking testing post go-live
  • Produce update and manage project reporting as required from a range of parties across Operations Technology and Compliance - from steering committee level to detailed project plans
  • Provide leadership in PMO functionality in Operations to support TTRO projects
  • Organise and run key meetings to support the project
  • Action management including actions are delivered and closed
  • People management for career & team development - Relevant PMO experience in financial services
  • Knowledge of project management and change management principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Detail oriented and ability to adhere to strict timelines
  • Proficient in MS-Project MS-PowerPoint and JIRA
Preferred
  • Experience of interacting with a team either locally or globally
  • Knowledge of basic terminologies and trade lifecycle used in the financial services sector
  • Knowledge of Trade and Transaction Reporting
  • Knowledge of Listed and / or OTC Derivatives
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting processes and directives
