The Vice President of Operational Strategy and Performance Improvement is responsible for driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and measurable performance across all go-to-market (GTM) functions. This role partners closely with senior leadership, including the Head of Strategy and CEO, to design and implement the company’s overarching performance framework, operational improvements, and key strategic initiatives.
