Job description

We are seeking a commercially astute and hands‑on Vice President to join the London‑based investment team on a permanent basis. This is a senior execution and portfolio leadership role for an experienced professional capable of managing the full investment lifecycle, from origination and structuring through to financial close and asset management.

  • Lead transaction execution across renewable energy investments, including deal structuring, valuation, due diligence, and negotiation.
  • Oversee financial modelling and scenario analysis to support investment decisions and fund strategy.
  • Manage relationships with advisors, lenders, co-investors, and development partners.
  • Present investment cases and recommendations to the investment committee.
  • Support fundraising activities through preparation of investor materials and presentations.
  • Contribute to portfolio monitoring, governance, and value‑creation initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide leadership within the investment function.
  • Maintain strong awareness of market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies shaping the global energy transition.
  • Proven track record in originating, structuring, and executing transactions through to completion.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with a deep understanding of valuation methodologies.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Collaborative, strategic, and able to manage complex workstreams under tight timelines.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline (MBA or CFA desirable).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
