We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting I to join our Corporate Trust Analytics team. This role is located in Manchester, hybrid working.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Responsible for cash and asset reconciliations related to assigned funds.
  • Preparation of 1st draft Management accounts for both simple and complex transactions.Management accounts will include typically trial balance, profit & loss account and balance sheet for review by team members.
  • Requires data gathering from source systems and detailed analysis of the transactions to ensure accurate bookings are made in the accounting system.
  • Liaises with other internal parties as necessary for validation of transactions where issues are noted.
  • Ensure accuracy of reports and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provides guidance and reviews work of junior team members.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred
