Your Future Duties and Responsibilities

In this role you will lead CGIs Government and Health Delivery Centre overseeing delivery performance talent development and operational excellence. You will ensure that client engagements consistently achieve the highest standards while also providing scalable delivery capabilities that support CGis growth across the UK and Ireland public sector.

You will be responsible for expanding the centre’s footprint developing workforce skills in line with market needs and strengthening CGis reputation as a trusted delivery partner. By fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and accountability you will enable your teams to deliver measurable outcomes for clients colleagues and communities.
