We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Change Management to join our Quality & Business Process Improvement team. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity.

In this role, you’ll make an impact by:
  • Designing and configuring regulatory reporting workflows and data mappings in the AxiomSL platform to ensure accurate, timely submissions to central banks and regulators.
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the business to interpret new regulations and implement changes to existing frameworks.
  • Collaborating within a high-performing team to deliver innovative, compliant solutions that uphold the bank’s regulatory commitments.
  • Championing innovation by leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance processes and improve the experience for internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights, measuring effectiveness, and adapting solutions for optimal performance.
  • Fostering a culture of accountability and inclusion, promoting collaboration and creative problem-solving aligned with BNY’s values and strategic objectives.
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience applying AI, automation, or technology to streamline processes and deliver measurable improvements.
  • A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to resolve technical challenges quickly and independently.
  • Background in technology, business, or related fields (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential).
  • Experience in change management or support functions, ideally within financial services or regulatory environments.
  • Knowledge of EMEA regulatory reporting (Liquidity, Capital, Financial Statistical Reporting) and familiarity with corporate data governance principles.
  • Curiosity and adaptability, with a passion for learning and applying new tools and technologies.
