Responsibilities

Create and serve cocktails, wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks with confidence and flair
Bring warmth and personality to every guest interaction, making people feel welcome from their first drink to their last
Recommend drinks to complement our grill-led menu, seasonal dishes and premium steak experiences
Help bring the atmosphere to life during busy services, terrace sessions and Tomahawk Fridays
Showcase your cocktail and drinks knowledge while contributing ideas to keep our bar offering exciting
Maintain excellent bar presentation, cleanliness and service standards
Support with opening and closing the bar, stock rotation and stock management
Follow all health, safety and responsible service requirements and work closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
