Job summary

Industrial Light & Magic in London is seeking a VFX Animator at all levels. The role requires experience in traditional or computer animation and a strong reel.

This full-time, hybrid position involves on-site collaboration at least two days per week with occasional remote work. A solid understanding of animation principles, acting, and film production is essential.

# VFX AnimatorIndustrial Light & MagicLondon, EN## AboutAnimator -VFX (All Levels) - ILM London## Available Roles (1)### VFX AnimatorRole TypeFull-timeRequirements• Experience in traditional animation or computer animation.• Demonstrable experience working in cel, stopmotion or computer animation with experience working on feature films.• Expert knowledge of traditional animation principles, acting, film production and compositional design while demonstrating exceptional skills as an animator based as evidenced by portfolio, demo reel and references.• Knowledge of UNIX and shell scripting; experienced knowledge of Maya as well as other supporting software programs.• Knowledge of constraint techniques, and the basics of rigging.• Knowledge of both the CG production pipeline and the other production processes at ILM.• Excellent organization and communication skills.As part of your application please submit a demo reel, shot breakdown, or equivalent showcasing your work.
