As a weekend Vet at Vets Now Portsmouth, you will work alongside a supportive team, and you will benefit from ongoing mentorship from the Principal Vet.

At Vets Now Portsmouth, we have a couple of weekend shift options available, which include the below (plus a fair share of bank holidays):

Shifts
  • Option 1: Every weekend or every other weekend: Saturday day shift 12:00-19:30, Sunday day shift 08:00-19:30
  • Option 2: Every weekend or every other weekend: Sunday backshift 10:00 - 22:00

We will work with you to find a rota that fits around your lifestyle and clinic requirements.

As a backshift Vet you will often work as the second Vet on shift, providing an opportunity to share knowledge and work together on the more complex cases.
