This role offers a structured rota with one weekend in two, including a mixture of day and night shifts, plus some evening back shifts (18:00-00:00).

Shift types include:

• Night shift: 18:00-09:00
• Saturday day: 12:00-18:30
• Sunday day: 08:30-18:30
• Back shift: 18:00-00:00

Example 4-week rota:

• Week 1: Sunday 18:00-09:00
• Week 2: Off
• Week 3: Friday 18:00-09:00 and Sunday 18:00-09:00
• Week 4: Saturday 12:00-21:00 or Sunday 09:00-19:00

This rota provides great exposure to emergency and critical care while maintaining a predictable and manageable schedule.
