They are now seeking a passionate and motivated Veterinary Surgeon Team Leader to join the Cardiff hospital team, a fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinician who loves supporting people just as much as caring for patients. Working closely with the Senior Veterinary Surgeon, this role blends hands on clinical work with meaningful leadership responsibilities, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and compassionate services to the local community.

The Team Leader will take an active role in guiding and supporting colleagues, overseeing recruitment and staff development, coordinating projects, and ensuring the smooth delegation of daily responsibilities.
