Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. is helping an independent hospital in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire recruit an experienced Small Animal Vet with an ECC focus. The hospital features a brand-new Small Animal Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre opening this autumn, with two theatres, advanced imaging, in-house care and visiting specialists.

The rota is 10 days on, 11 days off, 8pm-8am, averaging 40 hours per week. Salary up to £85,000 DOE, with uncapped CPD and funded certificates. For details, contact Lorna.

Small Animal Vet - ECC focus | Independent Hospital | Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire

Up to £85,000 DOE - 10 days on - 11 days off

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Small Animal Vet with a passion for ECC to join a progressive, independent practice with a brand-new Small Animal Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre opening this autumn.

The hospital is purpose-built with two theatres, dental suite, DR X-ray, Doppler ultrasound, endoscopy, and separate cat and dog wards, alongside an on-site rehabilitation centre featuring hydrotherapy and an underwater treadmill. Most cases are managed in-house, supported by visiting specialists.

You’ll join a supportive, close-knit team with strong interests in ECC, internal medicine and surgery, offering excellent mentorship and full support for certificates.

The Rota:

10 days on - 11 days off | 8pm-8am | Average 40 hours a week

Salary up to £85,000 DOE

Uncapped CPD with funded certificates

Located on the edge of the Staffordshire Moorlands, with excellent access to Manchester, Birmingham and Liverpool.
