A veterinary organization in the UK is seeking a full-time vet to provide care primarily at their locations in Bath. Responsibilities include attending to patients and collaborating with a supportive team. Benefits include 6.6 weeks' holiday, private medical insurance, and a CPD allowance. The role averages 40 hours per week, with opportunities for part-time applicants.
Salary up to £67,000 DOE FTE
We are seeking a full-time vet to work primarily between our Rosemary Lodge Veterinary Hospital and Station Road Vets, one of our friendly, supportive, 2 vet branch surgeries, both based in the lovely city of Bath.
Rosemary Lodge is a well-equipped Tier 3 Hospital with 5 first opinion Vets working each day alongside our colleagues of Bath Vet Referrals. Rosemary Lodge is also home to Vets Now Bath who provide our OOH services meaning our patients are taken care of on-site around the clock. We have many certificate holders, and years of experience within our group, which means lots of support and case continuity.
Station Road is one of our five branch surgeries and just 4 miles from the Hospital. We have an operating theatre, ultrasound and dental facilities, including dental xray, and separate dog and cat wards meaning that the majority of the case load remains on site. It benefits from a well-established team and client base.
Our full time rota is 40 hours per week comprising four 9.5 hour days each week with a fixed weekly day off and participation in the weekend rota, which averages an additional 2 hours per week. This is currently 1:8 weekends plus 2 additional Saturday mornings per annum. No OOH or Bank Holidays. We also welcome part time applicants, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
