A veterinary practice in Tamworth is seeking a Clinical Director to lead their team. The ideal candidate will have a veterinary degree and strong leadership skills, with a focus on client care and team development. Our practice handles a wide range of cases, mostly involving dogs and cats, with the occasional small furry. We enjoy welcoming new pets, focusing on building strong relationships with both the pet and their owner. We create positive and happy experiences while providing essential medical care. For more complex medical conditions and surgical cases, we offer thoughtful and compassionate options, ensuring every client feels informed and supported. We’re offering relocation support of up to £5 000, along with a welcome bonus of up to £5 000 (pro rata).
We have had a new, friendly, experienced, and driven Clinical Director join to lead the team. Under the new leadership, the Clinical Director would like to increase our utilisation of our wonderful nursing team, supporting them to perform Schedule 3 procedures. Since joining the team, she has said to have found the staff to be welcoming, relaxed, a joy to work with. The team act in the best interests of their clients and patients at heart and have received a wealth of positive feedback from the clients to demonstrate this.

A typical full‑time role would involve working 40 hours per week over 5 days, with an optional Saturday rota (09:00‑11:00).
