Salary up to £75,000 DOE plus up to £5,000 Relocation Allowance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and progressive team at Stamford Veterinary Centre on either a 12‑month fixed‑term or permanent basis. This role offers a varied caseload with a mix of consulting and surgical duties. We welcome applications from vets working towards or holding postgraduate qualifications. We’re passionate about promoting a healthy work/life balance in a supportive and relaxed environment and are happy to tailor working patterns to suit individual needs.

About the Rota

• Full time position is 4 days per week (8.30am - 6.30pm)
• Able to offer part time and flexible rota’s depending on your requirements
• 1 in 7 on‑call rota – (includes a Saturday AM clinic 8.30am‑12.30pm)
• Additional remuneration and time off in lieu for out‑of‑hours work

We are proud to offer our own OOH service, ensuring continuity of care for our clients while maintaining a sustainable rota for our team. We offer an additional bonus for all OOH work and can be discussed in more detail at interview stage.

We are a first opinion and referral practice, offering services in cardiology, internal medicine, and diagnostic imaging, and are currently expanding both our building and clinical services.
