Crossroads Veterinary Practice in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a three-site small animal team. You will share a varied caseload across High Wycombe and nearby branches, with strong clinical backing and opportunities to grow orthopaedics interests.
The role offers a full-time 40-hour schedule over four days, with 8–8:30am starts and 6–7pm finishes, weekends on a 3:7 rota, and no out-of-hours on-call as a Vets Now host practice.

Crossroads Veterinary Practice is a thriving three-site small animal practice serving High Wycombe, Hazlemere and Watlington. We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys variety, autonomy and strong clinical backing. Your time will be split mainly between High Wycombe and your nearest branch, with occasional cover across all sites. Branch work is sole charge, with a supportive wider team always just a phone call away.

As a Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload.
You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of those around you.
This is a full-time 40-hour role over four days, with start times of 8–8:30am and finishes between 6–7pm. Part-time applications are welcome. Weekends are shared fairly on a 3:7 rota (pro-rata for part-time), and as a Vets Now host practice there is no OOH or on-call, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
