Job summary

Well House Veterinary Clinic in Crowborough and Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join a close-knit team and help shape clinical direction. You’ll work under a strong Practice Director and Head Nurse, with opportunities for leadership development and progression.

Qualifications

• Veterinary degree and RCVS registration (or eligibility).
• Experience in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical/surgical cases.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proactive learner open to feedback and development.

• Deliver high standards of patient and client care across a varied caseload.
