Job summary

White Cross Vets Coventry is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art practice with two theatres, a dental suite and imaging capabilities. The role offers flexibility (full-time, part-time or term-time) to fit your life while delivering high-quality care to dogs, cats and rabbits.

You will work closely with the team to maintain excellent patient and client care across a varied caseload, with ongoing development opportunities and access to mentoring within IVC

Qualifications

• A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS.
• Experience working in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive approach to learning, with openness to feedback and development.
• Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A passion for delivering excellent patient and client care.

Responsibilities

• As a Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload.
• You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice.
• You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of those around you.

White Cross Vets Coventry are looking for that special person with a passion for quality to join us on the journey as a Veterinary Surgeon.

The clinic is brand new purpose built and state of the art with two theatres dental suite and imaging suite together with a host of medical equipment to support you to provide first class patient care to the pets in the surrounding area.

If you are passionate about promoting preventative healthcare in dogs, cats and rabbits, and be equally at home in the consult room as in the theatre, this position would be ideal for you. We are passionate about wellbeing, and we are happy to hear to tailor the role around your personal life, being either full-time or part-time, or term-time only.
