\"Town and Country is a great place to work, you will find us a friendly and helpful bunch, with advice and support from all the experienced team, management, receptionists, nurses and vets. We have a few members of staff who have been here for many years, some have trained with us and stayed with us, the longest being 30 years! I myself started on reception in 2006, then was made administrator and then was promoted to Office Manager. I left for a brief spell of 18 months in 2021 due to a restructure, I missed working at the practice and with the team, in 2023 I had the opportunity to return as Practice Manager and did so. The team welcomed be back with open arms, it was great to be back in practice\"
