The role involves consulting, operating and inpatient support, plus six Saturday day shifts and six weekends plus one bank holiday each year. Salary up to £70,828 DOE plus benefits and CPD support.

Qualifications

• Qualified Veterinary Surgeon eligible to register with the RCVS.
• Proven experience as a veterinary surgeon.
• On-call experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and provide exceptional patient care.

So the role offers a competitive salary of up to £70,828 DOE, with additional supplements for certificate holders. Transparent salary banding ensures clear career progression, and the package includes five weeks of holiday plus bank holidays, with holiday increases based on length of service. Additionally, two paid personal days are provided for unexpected events, which can be added to your holiday if unused.
