This established mixed animal practice is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join its dedicated small animal team. The practice has built a strong reputation for delivering high standards of veterinary care through teamwork, collaboration, and investment in modern facilities.
The experienced team includes Veterinary Surgeons, Registered Veterinary Nurses, Patient Care Assistants, and Receptionists who work closely together to provide outstanding patient and client care.

Deliver high-quality first opinion veterinary care to small animal patients
Perform consultations, diagnostics, and routine surgical procedures
Develop and manage medical and surgical cases to a high clinical standard
Build trusted relationships with clients through excellent communication
Work collaboratively with Veterinary Nurses and the wider practice team
Support and mentor colleagues where appropriate
Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold best practice standards
Contribute to the continued development of clinical services within the practice
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and motivated Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Applicants should have:
RCVS registration and experience in small animal practice
Confidence managing a varied medical and surgical caseload
Strong communication and client relationship skills
A collaborative and supportive approach to teamwork
A commitment to maintaining high clinical standards

The ability to mentor and support less experienced colleagues where appropriate
