Job summary

Kent-based veterinary group is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a supportive, employee-owned practice. The role offers a 4-day week (8:30–18:00) with occasional Saturday mornings and no overnight or on-call shifts, making for a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• You must be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon and eligible to register with the RCVS.
• Experience with consults, diagnostics and routine surgery is expected.
• Ability to lead, mentor and contribute to team growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine consults, diagnostics and soft-tissue surgery as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to drive clinical excellence and case discussion.
• Support and mentor junior vets and contribute to staff development.
