Job summary

MVR - Jobs for Vet Surgeons & Vet Nurses in the Liverpool area is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a growing small animal practice. The role is based between the hospital and a local branch, with 4 days a week and a 1 in 4 weekend rota, plus very occasional out-of-hours cover.

You will work with experienced clinicians, confident in consulting and performing neutering and routine surgeries, with development opportunities and a supportive team in Merseyside.

Qualifications

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
• Registered with the RCVS.
• Confident in consulting and routine surgical procedures.
• Able to work some periods of sole charge.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and perform neutering and small surgical procedures.
• Work between hospital and local branch with sole charge periods.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and team collaboration.
