Job summary

IVC, the UK's leading vet care provider, is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join our Basingstoke/Tadley team. You will work across a varied and rewarding caseload, delivering high-quality patient and client care with support from experienced colleagues.

Based in North Hampshire, you’ll benefit from a supportive, values-led culture, ongoing CPD, and opportunities to develop your clinical interests within our network of practices.

Qualifications

• A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility) with the RCVS.
• Experience working in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive approach to learning, with openness to feedback and development.
• Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A passion for delivering excellent patient and client care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload.
• Develop clinical skills and share knowledge with colleagues to support clinical culture.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team, providing care and supporting development of others.
• Work collaboratively with the wider practice team across Basingstoke and Tadley.
