Jobbeschreibung

Are you a passionate and skilled vet looking for a rewarding career in a supportive, independent practice?

We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team across three thriving practices in the picturesque Scottish coastal towns of Broughty Ferry, Carnoustie, and Arbroath.

Picture yourself working alongside a supportive team who shares your passion for exceptional animal care. At our practices, you'll manage a diverse range of cases, from routine check-ups to complex surgeries, all while enjoying the flexibility and work-life balance that matter most to you.

As a growing practice, we deeply value clinical freedom and professional development. You'll have every opportunity to learn and advance your career without the pressure of target-driven metrics. Our team is genuinely committed to providing the highest quality care to our patients and clients, continuously striving to elevate our services.

Enjoy a fantastic lifestyle with a 4-day working week and a manageable 1-in-8 weekend rota, giving you plenty of time to recharge, pursue hobbies, or spend time with loved ones. Because our dedicated night team handles our 24/7 in-house care, night shifts are not a routine part of your schedule.

We intentionally maintain robust staffing levels to ensure our vets always have the support they need. You'll never feel overwhelmed or overworked, leaving you free to focus on delivering the best possible patient care.

We recognise that everyone's personal circumstances are unique. Whether you are balancing parenthood, pursuing further studies, or simply prioritising your well-being, we are committed to finding a flexible schedule that works for you.

If you're ready for a rewarding new challenge in a beautiful part of the world, we'd love to welcome you to our team. We offer competitive compensation, flexible arrangements, and a truly supportive environment.
