GLG Vets in Darlington, County Durham, is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon in a friendly, well-run practice. You’ll run consults, perform routine and some advanced soft-tissue surgeries, and work with the nursing team to provide excellent inpatient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK small-animal first opinion practice.
• Confidence with routine surgery and consults.
• Further certifications welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Run consults with confidence, communicating treatment plans clearly.
• Perform routine and some advanced soft‑tissue surgeries.
• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver outstanding inpatient care.
• Contribute to a positive, learning‑led practice culture.
