  • Emergency surgery when required

Working closely with colleagues to provide outstanding patient and client care. This is a full‑time role (40 hours per week), with a fair share of weekends and the benefit of a 4‑day working week, supporting a healthy work‑life balance.

About the Ideal Candidate:

The practice is looking for a veterinary surgeon who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong clinical foundation.

Essential criteria include:
  • Competence in routine small animal medicine and surgery
  • Confidence with emergency surgery (preferred but not essential)
Salary & Benefits:
  • £45,000 – £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonus
  • UK visa sponsorship available
  • RCVS and VDS fees fully paid
  • 5 days paid CPD leave with CPD allowance (certificate support encouraged)
  • 29 days annual leave, plus birthday leave

  • Free uniform
  • Free on‑site parking
  • Discounted treatment for staff pets
